Digital Downloads:

• All sales of digital photography files are final.

• Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once a file has been downloaded.

Prints & Physical Products:

• If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@kostisphotography.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

• We will replace the damaged/incorrect item at no additional cost to you.

• Returns for reasons other than damage or defect are not accepted, as each print is custom made to order.

Refunds:

• Refunds (if applicable) will only be issued in cases where a replacement cannot be provided.

• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
