Thank you for purchasing from Kostis Photography. We take pride in the quality of our photography and prints, and your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read the following policy regarding returns and refunds:
Digital Downloads:

All sales of digital photography files are final.

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once a file has been downloaded.
Prints & Physical Products:

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@kostisphotography.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will replace the damaged/incorrect item at no additional cost to you.

Returns for reasons other than damage or defect are not accepted, as each print is custom made to order.
Refunds:

Refunds (if applicable) will only be issued in cases where a replacement cannot be provided.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
