At Kostis Photography, every print is produced with care and professional standards to ensure excellent quality.
Processing Time
• All prints are made to order.
• Production time is 3–5 business days before dispatch.
Shipping Methods
• Orders are shipped with reliable carriers such as PostNord, DHL, or UPS.
• Estimated delivery times:
• Sweden & EU: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–14 business days
• A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight of your order.
Customs & Import Fees
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and handling fees.
• These charges vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. Because photography prints are custom-produced, our return policy follows professional fine-art standards.
Returns
Returns of defective products are accepted. The shipping cost in case of a defective product is free of charge.

Prints & Physical Products

Due to the custom nature of fine-art printing, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, size preferences, or ordering mistakes.

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos showing the issue

We will replace the item at no additional cost.
NOTE: Only products in NEW condition can be returned, we reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of use.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases where:

A replacement cannot be provided, or

A manufacturing or shipping error cannot be resolved
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
